Booking Terms and Conditions
1 - Bookings are subject to available space on a first come first paid basis. We reserve the right not to take direct competitors on any of our programmes, and numbers are limited to six persons to ensure quality of service. 2 - Booking is confirmed within 24 hours by means of a Training Invoice which would need to be settled 5 working days before the initial training date. 3 - In case of a cancellation by the client the following applies: A-Cancellation before 48 working hours of the first training date, for whatever reason by the Client/attendee, we give full credit on same programme by means of a free re-booking for the next session. B-No-show by attendee/s or cancellation by the client less than 48 working hours of the first training date there is an administrative fee of EUR75 ex VAT and full credit on the same programme by means of a free booking for the next session. No cash refunds will be paid. The credit can be used within one year from invoice date on the same training programme booked. 4 - In case of cancellation by Innovaxin International Ltd or any of its agents, we will refund, if requested the monies paid or offer to run the programme at clients' specific dates and timing, subject to Programme Directors' availability. 5 - A certificate of participation will be issued to attendees and mailed to the organization/person making the booking or given to attendee on the final day of training. 6 - Where licensing fees are due on copyrighted material to Universities, Business Schools or Academics owning intellectual rights on the material used, Innovaxin International Ltd will pay all licenses and indemnify participants from such obligations. 7 - All programmes come with 30 days of one-to-one support from last day of training. Support is defined as one-to-one meetings at trainee's premises as requested by the attendee via email provided or over the phone or via email as the participant so request. 8 - All programme directors conducting the training are subject to change without prior notice, but Innovaxin International Ltd guarantees that the programme director/s are all qualified to at least a Masters' level of university education plus a minimum of ten years operational experience in a business environment. We cannot guarantee specific trainers for specific training. Training quality is the responsibility of Innovaxin International Ltd and not of the trainer/s and or programme directors. 9 - Innovaxin International Ltd offers a lowest price guarantee, on a like-with-like basis. If participant can provide evidence of another programme which is cheaper, we will refund twice the difference to the entity which paid originally for the training. Our 'like-with-like' parameters are: - Same course subject material - Same number of contact hours - Same number of support days - Same tutor qualification and education as per item 8 herein above - Same time slot - Same participant-to-tutor ratio of 1:6 max. 10-Innovaxin International Ltd offers that if any employee trained resigns or leave employment or has his employment terminated for whatever reason, we will allow his replacement to attend the training again within 12 months from the date of the initial training for a nominal admin charge of EUR75 ex VAT per attendee. 11-Innovaxin International Ltd offers a Money-Back-Guarantee if attendee makes a claim within six hours of the last training date and returns all the training material provided to Innovaxin International Ltd - PO Box One, Balzan Malta physically or [email protected] Refund is paid to the entity which would have had the invoice issued in its name less a EUR75 ex VAT for the admin of the refund. 12-In case of Skype Interactive training, it is the responsibility of the attendee to have Skype installed and a connection to the internet and has a microphone, webcam and earphones for maximum benefit of the programme. Skype is a Trade mark of Microsoft Inc and can be downloaded free from https://www.skype.com/en/get-skype/ 13-Paperwork required for funding, part funding or transcripts is subject to an administrative additional fee of EUR45 ex VAT per request. -- -- --
