SORARRR is a team building methodology aimed to incrementally improve team performance. It addresses the teams weaknesses, equip team members with the tools to incrementally improve their performance, coordination and inter-team stress through a blend of reflection, emotional intelligence development and a mix of soft skills specifically needed for the team members' role in the team.
