Module 1 Understanding activity tourism and what are the basic requirements of an appealing activity tourism package in a post-Covid19 scenario. Outcome Be able to understanding how to build a sustainable activity tourism product in any sphere of action e.g. sport, personal development and art. Module 2 Market research through social media. Outcome Be able to conduct cost effective international market research and warm up the target market via social media research (active and passive). Module 3 Developing Unique Touristic Propositions in a post Covid19 scenario in activity tourism Outcome Be able to develop unique activity tourism proposals that are doable and profitable in a post-Covid19 scenario in any specific area of participant action. Module 4 The regulatory aspects of activity tourism. Outcome Be able to ensure that the activity tourism package meets regulatory, requirements from a health and environmental point of view. It should also be accessible to all, irrespective of physical and mental capabilities and also have trained employees to address these challenges. Module 5 Logistics of Activity Tourism. Outcome Be able to organise the logistics of travel, transfers, equipment accommodation, support, special needs, spouses/partners and repatriation in a professional way. Module 6 Technology and Activity Tourism. Outcome Be able to setup a website and social media presence and populate same with content in order to give the activity social media presence and interact with current and future patrons. Module 7 Training of Team to ensure a homogeneous level of service Outcome Be able to train and manage your team into delivering a set standard of service to patrons under different scenarios. Module 8 Balancing the books and understanding the business model of managing a activity tourism business Outcome Be able to mange the financial side of the business and ensure adequate free cashflow for sustainable operations. |
