COVID LIVE SESSIONS PROTOCOL
Version 5.0
This protocol is written for live training and consulting sessions as at July 2020. This protocol may change without notice.
This protocol is based on the WTTC for Convention Centres, Meetings and Events.
It is important that the health and wellbeing of all our participants is ensured in view of the COVID pandemic.
We appreciate that our clients and trainers/consultants get in touch with other members of the public who may be asymptomatic carriers of the COVID virus. In this regard live training at clients venue is subject to:
1-Ensuring that people who access the premises where the training will be held would have had their temperature measured and if it was higher than 37.2 degrees centigrade they are refused entry. Persons with COVID symptoms must not attend. We can make alternative arrangements for them at no extra costs.
2-Room/s to be used for training should be disinfected before the training in the interest of all participants.
3-Access to rooms which are secured by doors to be used by attendees, have to have a bacterial/viral non-touch sanitizer for participants to be able to use.
4-No handshaking is done by participants.
5-There is a distance of two meters between the participants as a minimum.
6-No air conditioning systems should be used unless it extracts the air (ie. air-conditioning units which circulate the air are NOT to be switched on). In such cases it is expected that rooms have ample fresh air via windows or other similar apertures.
7-No common self service food or beverages are to be served in the room. Our trainers will bring their supply of bottled water. There will be short 5 minutes breaks to enable participants to go and smoke/consume food/beverages.
8-It is expected that there are no more than 8 participant in the room apart from the trainer and the 2 metre rule is observed (For guidance purposes there should be 9 to 12m squared per person attending).
9-We will provide e-copies of the training to avoid possible paper contamination. It is recommended that these copies are not printed but used electronically to reduce your carbon-footprint. Each participant will receive a digitally marked copy which cannot be shared with third parties.
