Ethical Decision-Making for Leaders
This module addresses the complexities of ethical decision-making in leadership. Participants will learn frameworks to evaluate ethical dilemmas, assess their impact on stakeholders, and make sound decisions aligned with organisational and societal values. Topics include recognising cognitive biases, managing conflicting interests, and fostering transparency. 

Building a Culture of Ethics and Compliance
In this module, participants will learn to create and sustain a culture that prioritises ethics and compliance. Topics include designing clear codes of conduct, embedding ethical behaviours in daily operations, and developing mechanisms to report and address violations. This module delves into the unique compliance challenges faced by organisations operating in the EU. It includes an overview of key EU regulations such as GDPR, AMLD (Anti-Money Laundering Directive), and employment law standards.
