Our client, a leading quality operator in the renewable energy industry in Malta is seeking to expand its workforce.
The role consists in managing a team of installers working on electro-mechanical renewable systems on both industrial and home installations. The role is responsible to the CEO directly.
Prospective applicants must:
Have a minimum of OTD in a electrical/mechanical field or higher
License A by MRA and preferably License B
A minimum of three years’ experience in an industrial operation
Leadership skills and experience in handling a small technical team
Certificates in First Aid, Health and Safety and HVAC would be considered as assets.
Applicants must show evidence that in their prior employment they had an above average sense of motivation and delivery
- Must be able to communicate clearly in Maltese, English and ideally Italian
Be able to read technical drawings and follow them through until project is commissioned to client and support them thereof.
