Bookings are accepted on a first come first served basis.
Each programme is restricted to eight persons.
Unless we receive payment and issue an Invite Letter the booking is not confirmed.
Payment details will be found in the invoice. Ideally payment should be done by bank transfer.
Cheques are acceptable and can be sent by post.
In case of a cancellation or no show by the Client for whatever reason, the payment is NOT lost and we will refund the full credit in the next scheduled course, but will not refund the fees paid.
All training programmes come with a MONEY BACK guarantee if attendee is not satisfied with level of training provided at the end of the course but excluding the 30 days of support.
Training prices are cheapest available. If same course if found cheaper elsewhere we will refund twice the difference on a like with like basis.
All programmes start sharp on time, as indicated in the invite letter.
Coffee/tea and smoking facilities are available.
Writing material and instruments will be provided for notes taking.
A certificate of participation is issued after the completion of the training programme.
If programme is cancelled by Innovaxin International Ltd the client is reimbursed the full paid price.
All Programme Directors have a minimum of a masters and 10 years experience in the field.
All programmes are available in-house and includes full customisation free of charge.
Working language is Maltese with English Slides/Notes UNLESS otherwise indicated.
Training is an allowable business expense and all the training fee can be claimed agains profit to reduce your tax bill.
VAT can be claimed back in full against the issued fiscal invoice.
