Push Yourself Further
Time management is a fond subject. The abstract nature of time and what we do with it, is a passionate subject. While having the daily espresso I thought to share with you the five basic fundamentals of best-in-class-time-management for leaders
You need to plan, plan and plan the day, week and year. Planning makes uncertainty a little less threatening. You can maximise your value creation through refined time management.
You need to leave things for another day. We have too much to do, so we need to prioritize in a rational way. It is like visiting China. There's a lot to see but so little time to go around!
3-Go for it
When you plan and prioritise, then you only have yourself to blame if you let distructions bog you down. Go for it and keep at it.
They need to be managed. Have some spare time and keep urgent work to a minimum so you can deal with urgent distractions and emergencies that crop up during the day.
5-Be Positive all the way
This is the secret of it all. Your attitude should be that you can do it no matter what - or you gave it your 120% you could in the circumstances.
So enjoy your day make the most of it and don't forget the five golden rules ;)
